The aura's effect revolves around the changing central wheel which changes texture 

via a smooth transition every 15 seconds.

Every time it changes, there is a cacophony of other cool effects - 

Conjuring animation.

Central spin speeds up.

Crystals spin faster then return to randomized speed.

Bubble and vortex sounds.

Cloud suction.

Sparkle particles.

Sudden rain.

Water ripples expand and get more dramatic.

Continous effects - Water orb textures.

Gentle gurgling sound - Water ripple particle effect.

Spinning crystals with lights on.
